Students leave Reykjavík behind and head into the highlands, carrying their kit and moving together through one of Europe’s great wilderness landscapes. Days develop their own rhythm: walk, navigate, make camp, cook, pack up — then do it all again somewhere completely different.

ICELAND: HIGHLAND TREK & GOLDEN CIRCLE
Journey on foot through Iceland’s extraordinary highlands, trekking between remote camps through coloured rhyolite mountains, lava fields, geothermal valleys and landscapes shaped by ice and water.
Students learn the rhythm of a moving expedition as they manage kit, camp together and take increasing responsibility for life on the trail. Then return from the wilderness to explore Iceland’s geothermal and tectonic story through Thingvellir, Geysir and Gullfoss.
