High in the mountains of Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro, ancient trails connect remote valleys, tiny villages and some of Europe’s wildest landscapes.
This is a proper trekking expedition. Students travel on foot through the Accursed Mountains, crossing high passes and international borders as the journey unfolds. Long days and steep climbs bring genuine challenge, balanced by spectacular scenery, family-run mountain guesthouses and the warmth of communities that have called these valleys home for generations.

Follow ancient mountain trails through three countries on a challenging journey across the Accursed Mountains.
Trek through deep valleys and over high passes, stay in remote mountain communities and take on the optional summit of Gjeravica, Kosovo’s highest peak. With kayaking on Lake Shkodër and the spectacular Lake Koman journey completing the experience, this is an expedition with a real sense of movement, challenge and achievement.
